The session featured Honorable Minister Prakash Jwala, Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transport, Mr. Padma Bahadur Shahi, Chairperson of Nepal Engineering Council, Mr. Govinda Bhattarai, Executive Director of Nepal Automobiles’ Association (NASA), Mr. Gajendra Budathoki, Senior Journalist, and Mr. Rajendra Bhatta, Spokesperson of Valley Traffic Police.
