Mr. Subas Bhattarai is a management & development sector professional passionate about road safety, sustainable mobility, financial management and youth empowerment. He has led national projects with the Nepal Automobiles’ Association and collaborated with global organizations like FIA, FIM, and Global Alliance of NGOs for Road Safety. With experience spanning international conferences and leadership programs across Asia and Europe, Subas brings both local expertise and global perspective.

He holds a Master’s in Business Studies and is a semi-qualified Chartered Accountant. Currently, he serves as the Executive Secretary at NASA Foundation, overseeing project management, communication, and financial operations.
